Ontario’s Drinking/Smoking Laws
- The drinking age in Ontario is 19 and up
- Last call is at 2 a.m.
- You cannot legally walk down the street with open alcohol in your hand, you risk getting ticketed, fined or arrested.
- You cannot smoke indoors, please reserve your cigarettes for the patio
- You cannot drink while driving or have open containers during public transportation
